What if I need more than five pages?
Each additional page is €130, agreed before starting so the quote doesn't move. Legal notices and the privacy policy don't count as pages.
Are the domain and hosting included?
You pay for the domain, it comes to around twelve euros a year, and it is registered in your name from day one. Hosting is included as long as you have maintenance contracted.
Can I edit the site without depending on you?
Yes. The business site package includes a dashboard for changing text, photos and prices, and a five-minute recorded session on how to use it.
What is a round of revisions?
One delivery where you note down every change you want, and they are applied in one go. It works that way rather than change by change because it is what keeps the launch date.
I don't have photos or copy ready.
Six photographs taken on a phone in good light are enough for a solid site. If you would rather not deal with it, copywriting and a photo session are quoted separately.
I already have a website.
The useful question is whether you can edit it yourself and when you last touched it. If the answers are «no» and «years ago», what is missing isn't a new site: it is control over the one you have.
What if I'm the one who's late with the material?
The date moves by however much your material moves, and we say so the same day rather than at the end. No surcharge and no penalty: what there is, is a new date in writing. That is why we ask for the photos and the services on day 1 and not halfway through.
What is it built with? Is it WordPress?
No. It is coded to measure, which is why it loads in under a second and there are no plugins to update or to break each other. For what you touch —text, photos, prices, a new page— there is a dashboard, which is the part of WordPress anyone actually uses.
Do you build online shops?
We build selling with references, booking with payment and appointments inside the site, and it is quoted separately from the packages. If it is something bigger, we assess the project.
What if the preview doesn't convince me?
It comes down and there is nothing to pay, with no explanations and no counter-offers. There is no deposit to refund because there wasn't one, and the link stops working the same day you say so.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. The whole project runs remotely and it works just as well: the first meeting, the proposal and the revisions don't need anyone to get in a car. If you would rather meet, we arrange it.
When do I pay?
Half on accepting the quote and half on launch. The preview costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
What do the 12 months of warranty cover?
For a year from launch, anything we delivered that breaks is fixed at no cost: something displaying wrong on a phone or a browser, a form that stops sending, a page returning an error, a broken link, or a speed problem that wasn't there on delivery day. Security updates to the site are included too. It doesn't cover new content, new pages or redesigns — those are quoted — or faults caused by changes someone else made from the dashboard.
