02 · Before you commit to anything
A twenty-minute meeting to get to know the business and, a few days later, a private link with the site already built: your services, your photos and your words inside, not a template with the logo swapped. You open it, review it in your own time, and decide. If it doesn't convince you, it comes down and there is nothing to pay.
No deposit
Nothing to pay up front and no date to reserve in order to see it built.
Nothing to sign
No contract and no commitment until you decide, with the price already in front of you.
Nobody else sees it
The link is private: it doesn't appear in search engines and it isn't shown to anyone else.

A broker who published her listings on Instagram only and lost the people searching for her on Google. The full site was built with a dashboard she uses herself to post, edit and withdraw properties, without depending on anyone.

Everything pushes towards one action: booking. The phone stays fixed at the top and the opening hours sit in the header.

The bottleneck on almost every project is not the site: it is the photos and the text that never arrive. This is the package that clears it.

06 · Who is behind this
Christian Molina leads the studio and is the direct contact on every project: the person you speak to on day one is the same one who answers on the last. Behind him works the design, development and content team.
The number of open projects is capped at whatever allows the committed dates to be met. It is a service decision, and it is what makes the day-one launch date worth anything.
We work mainly in Spanish, Galician and English, and the site ships just as readily in whichever language you ask for, beyond those three. If your business also speaks to customers from abroad — Camino guesthouses being the usual case — each language is written in that language rather than translated at the last minute.
